The dates for some Premier League matches may change due to television coverage, cup qualification, or European competitions. When you make a booking, you are booking the match, not the date, and your ticket will be valid for the new fixture date. If in doubt, get in touch to confirm whether a fixture has been moved. Please consider this when booking travel arrangements.
All bookings need to be made using a credit or debit card; we accept all major credit/debit cards. You can also check out via Klarna or PayPal. Blue Rock payments are securely powered by Stripe Ltd.

It can be considered. Normally, a deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the event. Please note: if you're using a promotional code or discount voucher, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
It can be considered. We may reserve hospitality packages on a short-term basis if you need to confirm travel or hotels before booking. Provisional bookings are subject to availability and management discretion, and may require a 10% non-refundable deposit. Please note, we do not hold bookings for longer than 24 hours.

In most cases, there are no minimum numbers when making a standard hospitality booking. However, some clubs enforce minimums for certain restaurants (for example, Oak Room at Aston Villa, the 1878 Brasserie at Everton, Tunnel Club Premier at Man City). For those packages, only even bookings can be accommodated; such conditions will be specified in the package details.
You must be 18 or over to make an online purchase with Blue Rock Incentives. This is confirmed as part of our terms and conditions when completing the booking process.
Everything included in a package is listed under the package details. Every Premier League hospitality experience includes a match ticket plus a variety of other elements, which could include dining, complimentary bars, match programmes, and more.
No. Blue Rock Incentives only sells authorised hospitality packages with partner clubs. Providing or selling general admission tickets for football (outside of the proper channels) is illegal; tickets advertised elsewhere could be fake or cancelled at the stadium.
Yes. If you're going to an event with a child or infant, they will need a ticket.
Yes. You can request a voucher. Email info@bluerockincentives.com with your order number, name, and what message you’d like, and we will email over a voucher you can print.
If parking is available, it will be specified in the package inclusions.
When booking online, the package shows the seating location and block under the package details. If you want the exact seat details, we can advise you on request. In most cases, please note this can sometimes be subject to change by the clubs or event organisers.
Yes. Tickets bought together in the same booking are guaranteed to be together in the stadium.
It varies by club or venue and can be limited. If you need special assistance, contact us in advance so we can organise everything needed.
Yes. If you require accommodation with your hospitality booking, reach out and we can provide a bespoke quote. We have strong relationships with many hotels near our venues. We would advise you to call in or email info@bluerockincentives.com to discuss your requirements.
All hospitality packages are non-transferable and non-refundable, subject to our terms and conditions. If you cannot attend, we will endeavour to re-sell your package to recover money, but this cannot be guaranteed. Please note: all cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of 25% of the original booking value, even if we are able to re-sell the package, as well as an additional admin fee of £125.
Subject to terms & conditions, we will try to help with any changes you need. But changes are often subject to availability and there may be an amendment charge.
Hospitality tickets and VIP experiences are very popular and likely to sell out, especially at Wembley. We recommend booking as early as possible.
No. The quoted price is the price you will pay with no hidden extras or service charges.
The ticket will be emailed to you in the lead up to the event. It will also be available in your online account with Blue Rock Incentives. If you can’t remember your password, please use the reset password option. Failing that, call in or email info@bluerockincentives.com for assistance.
All information regarding entry location and time will be included in the ticket email.
Yes, any tickets you purchase as part of the same booking will be seated together.
We pride ourselves on personalised customer service. Our phone line is manned out of hours, so someone will always be able to help.
Tickets are normally sent 72 hours prior to the event. They are E-tickets, sent to the email you registered with. Check your tickets as soon as you get them; if they don’t match your order, notify us. Along with the tickets you’ll receive confirmation of the experience and an itinerary. Tickets will not be sent without cleared payment.

If you check your order and can’t find it, you may have checked out as a guest. If you want your order added to your account, let us know. All tickets will be emailed separately.
You need your match ticket (sent electronically). It is also advisable to take photo ID in case there’s an issue scanning tickets. If there is an issue accessing the stadium, you should call us immediately.
On the day, arrive early. Some lounge seating or tables are first-come, first-served. Entry time will be confirmed on the itinerary. Some packages will stop serving food at a certain time before kick-off, so arriving early is wise.
If anyone in your party has allergies or dietary needs, notify us at least 7 days before the event. Vegetarian options are provided in all-inclusive packages; other requirements (gluten-free, halal, kosher) can be accommodated with notice (kosher requires 14 days’ notice). Additional charges may apply, and we will notify you at the time of enquiry.
Yes. With enough notice, we can arrange things like cakes, cards, or public address announcements in the suite. Charges may apply depending on the request. Please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss ideas.
We will try to accommodate your booking on a private table, but this depends on availability. Table configuration details are in each package page. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get a private table. If unable to provide a private table, you may share with other guests.
Dress codes differ slightly by event. The general rule is smart casual. When tickets and event documentation are sent, check the dress code in those. Each venue/stadium has its own rules and you may be turned away if you don’t adhere. If unsure, ask.
